Heatherdale Resources Ltd. (“Heatherdale“ or the “Company“) (TSXV: HTR) announces the grant of 355,800 options granted to certain directors, officers and investor relations consultants of the Company.
The options have been granted under the terms of the Company's stock option plan with an exercise price of $1.00 per share (based on the closing price at the end of trading on March 28, 2011) and vesting in three equal tranches: six, twelve and 18 months after the date of grant, with either a three year or five year term.
