Noble Corporation plc announces changes to its financial calendar for 2023

SUGAR LAND, March 3, 2023 - Noble Corporation plc ("Noble") (CSE: NOBLE, NYSE: NE), in accordance with Danish legal and stock exchange requirements, hereby announces an update to its financial calendar for 2023.

The updated financial calendar of Noble for the remainder of 2023 are as follows:

Annual General Meeting: The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on May 2nd, 2023.

All of the dates shown here are relative to U.S. Central Time zone.

The previously announced date of February 28, 2023 for the anticipated publication and filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Noble's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the financial year ended December 31, 2022 has been changed to March 16, 2023. The reason for the postponement is for additional time to complete certain analyses, documentation and additional procedures to compile and complete the necessary financial information for the first combined period following the previously announced business combination. Noble is not aware of any material inaccuracy in its previously reported results of operations for the period ended December 31, 2022.
