has entered into a new Senior Secured Revolving Corporate Credit Facility for up to US$200 million with The Bank of Nova Scotia (Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent), Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (Co-Syndication Agent), Bank of Montreal (Co-Syndication Agent) and HSBC Bank Canada.
The facility replaces Capstone's existing loan facility
