Golden Shield Resources announces that it has granted a total of 779,000 incentive stock options to employees, officers, directors and consultants of the Company. The Options are exercisable at a price of $0.265, have a term of five years, and will vest over a period of 36 months. The Options were granted pursuant to the Company's incentive stock option plan and are subject to regulatory approval.
Golden Shield Resources is pleased to announce assay results from the remaining three of the six holes drilled at Mazoa Hill at its 100% owned flagship, 5,457-hectare Marudi Mountain gold project. All three diamond drill holes intersected gold mineralization highlighted by a 25-meter intersection grading 3.48 g/t gold.
