Cardiff Energy Corp. gibt Start einer Säurebehandlung in der Clayton #1H Förderquelle bekannt

Cardiff Energy Corp. (das "Unternehmen") (TSX-V: "CRS", Frankfurt: "C2Z.F") ist erfreut, bekannt zu geben, dass eine Kreditlinie über $250'000 gesichert wurde, um eine Säurebehandlung in Clayton #1H zu finanzieren und die Förderquelle in Produktion zu nehmen. Die Säurebehandlung wird mehr als 20'000 Gallonen [ca. 75'708 Liter] an HCl-Säure einsetzen und wird selektiv die Stellen der Quelle stimulieren, welche die signifikantesten Kohlenwasserstoff-Anzeichen während der Bohrung zeigten. Die Behandlung soll in der Woche vom 15. Februar 2016 beginnen.

Darüberhinaus möchte das Unternehmen bekannt geben, dass es bis zu 6 Mio. neue Einheiten zu $0,05 pro Einheit ausgeben will, wobei jede Einheit aus einer gewöhnlichen Aktie und einem transferierbaren Aktienkauf-Warrant besteht. Ein Warrant wird ausübbar sein für eine weitere gewöhnliche Aktie zu $0,075 pro Aktie während den nächsten zwei Jahren. Die Einnahmen aus der Platzierung von 6 Mio. Einheiten werden für Clayton #1H genutzt und für allgemeines Arbeitskapital. Insider vom Unternehmen werden mindestens 2 Mio. Einheiten aus der Finanzierung zeichnen. Diese Transaktion bedarf noch der Börsenzustimmung der TSX Venture Exchange.
