Dundee Energy Announces Delisting from TSX Effective September 11, 2017

TORONTO, Aug 11, 2017 - Dundee Energy Ltd. (TSX:DEN) ("Dundee Energy" or the "Corporation") today announced it has been notified by the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") that as a result of the delisting review conducted by the TSX, the common shares of the Corporation will be delisted from the TSX at the open of trading on September 11, 2017.

The Corporation is investigating its qualifications to list its common shares on another Canadian stock exchange, however, there can be no assurance that the Corporation will be successful in securing a listing on another Canadian stock exchange.
